Lightning damaged equipment is not covered by Nature Coast Networks, LLC.
Please note that even with proper grounding and surge protection the outside wireless equipment is susceptible to lightening or static electric damage. If you're equipment sustains damage from storms, electrical surges, etc., the cost to replace and re-install all equipment is at least $299.00 and possibly higher depending on bandwidth capacity of radio. This is normally covered by your home owners or renters
insurance policy, the equipment cost must be paid at time of replacement as we do not bill your insurance company.
I am unable to connect to the internet. What should i do?
Power down the wireless radio for 15 seconds by unplugging the black wall transformer.
If that does not work reset your router by unplugging power for 15 seconds, DO NOT PUSH RESET BUTTON.
Also make sure your IP address is correct in your router settings. If you need your IP address or need further support

How can i access my Nature Coast email when i am out of town?
You can access your E-Mail from any computer by going to our web site at www.mynaturecoast.com and select the E-Mail icon and enter your user name (without @mynaturecoast.net) and password. Remember any deleting of mail is permanent from web access.
My speed seems slow. How can i improve my connection?
1. Power down the wireless radio for 15 seconds by unplugging the black wall transformer.
2. Optimize your browser by clearing out your Cache and Temporary files.
3. Temporarily disable your Virus protection software and firewalls.

How do i know if there's a service outage in my area?
At Nature Coast Networks we are constantly monitoring our towers and working to improve our wireless networks. However there may be an occasional disruption of service as we build up our new technology. When outage problems are detected that are out of our control, our technicians move immediately to resolve the problem and restore service back to you as quickly as possible.
